Keith Wilson, K.C. is a prominent and experienced Alberta lawyer who deals with cases involving land, the environment, oil and gas, water, compensation, and constitutional law.
Keith has appeared before the Federal Court of Canada, the Ontario Superior Courts of Justice, all Alberta courts and key regulatory tribunals including the Alberta Energy Regulator, Alberta Utilities Commission, Natural Resources Conservation Board, Land and Property Rights Tribunal, Alberta Environmental Appeals Board, municipal boards and others.
Keith has represented industry associations, not-for-profit associations, participated on government legislative review initiatives, been a keynote speaker at many conferences, and is regularly interviewed by the news media on current legal topics.
Keith is also a leader in the adoption of legal technology and the founder of Veritas Litigation Support which makes digital visual aids and drone technology available to lawyers and expert witnesses.
